HOW DOES OUR PRO STAFF PROGRAM WORK?

At Element Optics, we want to do our part to support the shooting community. One of the ways we do this is by supporting individuals who represent our ethos and carry a positive influence. Applications are open to everybody regardless of gender, age, color, culture or creed, and every month we go through all new applications to select a handful of new members. Once you have been accepted into our program, we will add your profile and bio to our Pro Staff page and you will become an official representative of our brand, with a supply of product & merch from us, and sponsored entry into shooting competitions.

What are our application criteria?

Our Pro Staff shooters will be a real-world reflection of what we stand for as a company, and therefore we require applicants to meet certain criteria before they can be accepted:

  • Must represent our ethos of honesty, safety, ethics & good sportsmanship. (no ‘cowboys’!)
  • Must be professional & well-respected by the community in their respective field. This could be NRL/PRS, hunting, benchrest, varminting or simply social media gear reviews.
  • Must be infuential (good competition records, loyal social media following, etc.)
  • Does not need to represent Element exclusively, but should be willing to use our products on their main rifle setup and give our products fair exposure wherever possible.
  • Can be in any country where we have a dealer.

WHAT IS AN ELEMENT PRO STAFFER’S ROLE?

Since our Pro Staff team is essentially part of our ‘family’, they are expected to represent us in their respective spheres of influence as an extension of our marketing team. They will be the face of Element Optics to many people. We recognise that the role of each Pro Staff member may be very different, and so our agreements with individuals may vary depending on the strengths and the sphere of influence each member has.

If your application is accepted, we may ask you to do some or any of the following:

  • Represent Element Optics at events (trade shows) & competitions.
  • Create social media content for Element Optics. This could be for your own accounts, or ours, or both.
  • Provide honest feedback on current and new products.
  • Refer people to our website, and local dealers.
  • Use and enjoy our products regularly!

What’s in it for you?

We have a monthly budget for our Pro Staff, and and aim to use it to support them in a way that is mutually beneficial for both parties. This may vary depending on your role within the team, but will include some or all of the following:

  • Product support, including riflescopes for use in competitions/hunts, new products for reviews & testing, and collaboration on competitions & giveaways.
  • Care packages of t-shirts, hoodies, stickers, accessories, etc.
  • Sponsored entry into shooting competitions.
  • Sharing of your content on our social media platforms (will benefit your growth & influence)
  • Sponsored hunting/varminting trips for influential channels & media outlets.
  • Early access to new products, including prototypes which are not available to the public yet.
  • Profile & Bio on our Pro Staff web page.
